En primer lugar, te pediremos que env\u00edes siempre la queja o sugerencia por correo electr\u00f3nico o correo certificado. Esto requiere algo m\u00e1s de energ\u00eda por tu parte, pero tambi\u00e9n tiene sus ventajas; por ejemplo, a si tiene la direcci\u00f3n de DriveCity:<\/p><ul class=\"ul1\"><li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s4\">El tiempo<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> de examinar realmente el fondo de tu queja o de tus sugerencias,<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s5\">Investiga con el departamento correspondiente,<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s5\">El tiempo y el espacio necesarios para lograr la mejor soluci\u00f3n posible para ambas partes,<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s5\">La posibilidad de devolverte la queja o sugerencia por correo electr\u00f3nico.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ol class=\"ol1\"><li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s5\">Env\u00eda siempre tu queja o sugerencia por correo electr\u00f3nico a\u00a0<b>info@rijschoolzomer.nl\u00a0<\/b>o por correo certificado a nuestra <\/span><span class=\"s4\">oficina<\/span><span class=\"s5\"> en Utrecht. Encontrar\u00e1s la direcci\u00f3n en nuestro sitio web.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s5\">Una vez recibido tu correo electr\u00f3nico o carta certificada, DriveCity confirmar\u00e1 la recepci\u00f3n en un plazo de 24 horas.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s5\">Tu queja ser\u00e1 tratada confidencialmente por la direcci\u00f3n de DriveCity en todo momento.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s5\">En ese momento, concederemos un tiempo de respuesta de hasta 10 d\u00edas laborables. Utilizaremos este tiempo para crear una imagen buena y realista de la situaci\u00f3n relativa a la queja y para determinar qu\u00e9 soluci\u00f3n se ajusta mejor a la queja recibida.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s5\">En un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 10 d\u00edas laborables, te proporcionaremos una respuesta sustantiva a tu queja por parte de la direcci\u00f3n de DriveCity. Siempre lo hacemos por correo electr\u00f3nico.
